Vendredi 3 f\u00e9vrier 2023, c’est tenu dans la salle de conf\u00e9rence de l’association HADAF SIS \u00e0 la rue Ouarfel , Hay Ennahda 2 un atelier de r\u00e9flexion sur la redynamisation de la Plateforme National Protection Migrants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00c0\u00a0l’ordre du jour des quatre sessions pl\u00e9ni\u00e8res, la s\u00e9ance introductive sera l’une des plus plaisante car, elle d\u00e9voilera un visage nouveau de\u00a0la\u00a0(PNPM)\u00a0, en effet, autour des tables rondes aux\u00a0c\u00f4t\u00e9s\u00a0des Organisations de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile tels que\u00a0M\u00e9decins du monde, CEFA, Soleterre, GADEM, FOO ou encore la MAP, l’on pouvait remarquer une forte pr\u00e9sence massive des associations de migrants.\u00a0Un fait nouveau quant on sait que ces derni\u00e8res \u00e9taient plut\u00f4t r\u00e9ticentes \u00e0 participer comme membre de\u00a0la\u00a0(PNPM)\u00a0les ann\u00e9es\u00a0pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes,\u00a0\u00e0 joindre leurs efforts \u00e0 ceux d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s par\u00a0la\u00a0(PNPM)\u00a0dans le cadre de l’accompagnement et de la protection des migrants et de leurs droits.\u00a0Un objectif qui pourtant est commun aux deux groupes d’organisations.\u00a0Notre \u00e9quipe c’\u00e9tant rapproch\u00e9 de quelques-uns parmi eux \u00e0 l’effet de conna\u00eetre la raison de ce changement, ils d\u00e9clareront pour la grande majorit\u00e9 \u00eatre \u00e0 couru \u00e0 cette r\u00e9union de relance\u00a0parce qu’ils\u00a0estiment qu’ayant constat\u00e9 le recule notoire des droits, \u00e9ducatifs, juridiques et sanitaires des migrants, ceci\u00a0dut\u00a0majoritairement au manque de collaboration et de coh\u00e9sion entre les associations de migrants et les organismes d’accompagnements des migrants. Il \u00e9tait urgent pour eux qu’ils rejoignent cette plateforme avec pour ambition de redynamiser l’accompagnement des migrants au Maroc .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

la deuxi\u00e8me session pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re dont la th\u00e9matique portait sur l’\u00e9change ,l’engagement, objectifs et int\u00e9r\u00eats communs des membres de\u00a0la\u00a0(PNPM).\u00a0L’on a pu noter que les objectifs de chaque participant convergeaient sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de faire rena\u00eetre un organisme ou ce r\u00e9seau dans le but, de f\u00e9d\u00e9rer les efforts pour plus d’efficacit\u00e9 quant \u00e0 la prise en charge et l’accompagnement des migrants, quant aux int\u00e9r\u00eats communs l’\u00e9change d’informations pour un meilleur r\u00e9f\u00e9rencement des cas des migrants se d\u00e9gageait comme la priorit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La pause-d\u00e9jeuner aura \u00e9t\u00e9 un moment remarquable parce que le repas servi dans le restaurant de l’association Hadaf dans lequel les hommes et les femmes de service tous atteint de la trisomie 21 ou du syndrome de Down. Ont donn\u00e9, \u00e0 tous les participants \u00e0 l’atelier une le\u00e7on d’humanit\u00e9 et d’humilit\u00e9, car bien que handicaper, on pouvait admirer leurs efforts \u00e0 accomplir leurs t\u00e2ches avec application pour le service et pour l’honneur de leur institution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La troisi\u00e8me session dont le th\u00e8me portait sur la d\u00e9finition des pistes de coordination et synergie \u00e0 cr\u00e9er avec les autres acteurs de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile comme la quatri\u00e8me session, qui elle portait sur les recommandations , les perspectives et les axes strat\u00e9giques pour la poursuite du travail et d’\u00e9tablissement d’un plan d’action pour l’ann\u00e9e 2023. C’\u00c9tait plus des moments d’identification et de classification des champs d’interventions des diff\u00e9rents organismes pr\u00e9sent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alors qu’il \u00e9tait 16 : 30 pass\u00e9es, c’est une lueur d’espoir sur le visage que les diff\u00e9rents participants \u00e0 l’atelier de redynamisation repartaient heureux d’avoir fait partie de ce programme qui annonce le retour en force du suivi et de l’accompagnement des migrants au Maroc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Plateforme Nationale de Protection Migrants (PNPM) a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e par un certain nombre d\u2019organisations de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile (OSC) au Maroc qui agissent pour la d\u00e9fense de droits des personnes migrantes et le respect de leur dignit\u00e9, dans l\u2019objectif de faciliter l\u2019\u00e9change et le partage d\u2019informations, de mener un travail de plaidoyer aupr\u00e8s des autorit\u00e9s et institutions comp\u00e9tentes en faveur du respect des droits de ces personnes, de d\u00e9velopper une expertise dans les domaines sp\u00e9cifiques li\u00e9s \u00e0 leur protection et d\u2019organiser des activit\u00e9s de sensibilisation aupr\u00e8s de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
