Les 19 et 20 septembre 2024, Nadia Zangarelli, directrice de Soleterre au Maroc et en Afrique francophone, accompagn\u00e9e du coordonnateur Karim Benlekbir et du communicateur Nama Martin Francklin, a dirig\u00e9 une mission dans la r\u00e9gion de l’Oriental, notamment \u00e0 Oujda et Nador. Cette visite de terrain avait pour but d\u2019\u00e9valuer les partenaires locaux, notamment MS2 (Maroc Solidarit\u00e9 M\u00e9dico-Sociale) et ASTICUDE, dans le cadre du projet Work4Life<\/em>, financ\u00e9 par l’Union Europ\u00e9enne, d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 l’int\u00e9gration de la communaut\u00e9 migrante dans le tissu socio-\u00e9conomique marocain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Soleterre, en partenariat avec CEFA et ASTICUDE, coordonne le projet Work4Life<\/em> qui vise \u00e0 soutenir l’int\u00e9gration des migrants. CEFA, \u00e9paul\u00e9 par ses partenaires locaux, est charg\u00e9 de l’impl\u00e9mentation du projet dans des villes telles qu’Oujda et Nador, avec un appui direct d’ASTICUDE sur le terrain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le 19 septembre, la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation est arriv\u00e9e \u00e0 Oujda pour visiter l\u2019incubateur g\u00e9r\u00e9 localement par MS2. Un focus group organis\u00e9 sur place avec les b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 une grande satisfaction parmi les migrants ayant re\u00e7u des formations, notamment en informatique, une formation de neuf mois conduite par l\u2019Entraide Nationale. Plusieurs b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires ont obtenu un dipl\u00f4me ou trouv\u00e9 un emploi dans des m\u00e9tiers tels qu\u2019employ\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9tage. Des femmes migrantes ont \u00e9galement b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 de financements pour lancer des Activit\u00e9s G\u00e9n\u00e9ratrices de Revenus (AGR) dans la couture. La demande pour des formations continues en informatique a \u00e9t\u00e9 fortement exprim\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La d\u00e9l\u00e9gation a ensuite visit\u00e9 des entreprises cr\u00e9\u00e9es ou soutenues par le projet Work4Life<\/em>. Parmi elles, Diaby Service Auto<\/em>, une entreprise fond\u00e9e par Diaby Ibrahima, entrepreneur ivoirien sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans le diagnostic \u00e9lectronique, la climatisation, l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 auto et la m\u00e9canique g\u00e9n\u00e9rale. Situ\u00e9 \u00e0 Oujda, son garage est devenu une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence, employant des jeunes Marocains et contribuant ainsi au d\u00e9veloppement local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un autre arr\u00eat marquant a \u00e9t\u00e9 au restaurant Les D\u00e9lices du Saloum<\/em>, cofond\u00e9 par Estelle Victoire Sotum\u00e9, une B\u00e9ninoise. Ce premier restaurant africain de la r\u00e9gion de l’Oriental, situ\u00e9 au march\u00e9 central d\u2019Oujda, propose une cuisine africaine vari\u00e9e et repr\u00e9sente un succ\u00e8s pour la communaut\u00e9 migrante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le 20 septembre, la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation a poursuivi son travail \u00e0 Nador, en collaboration avec ASTICUDE, le partenaire op\u00e9rationnel local. Apr\u00e8s une r\u00e9union strat\u00e9gique, une visite a \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9e chez Chez Alia Beaut\u00e9<\/em>, un salon de beaut\u00e9 fond\u00e9 par Adjemati, une entrepreneure s\u00e9n\u00e9galaise. Ce projet, financ\u00e9 dans le cadre de Work4Life<\/em>, est une v\u00e9ritable success story dans la r\u00e9gion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00c0 la fin de sa mission, Nadia Zangarelli a exprim\u00e9 sa satisfaction concernant les progr\u00e8s r\u00e9alis\u00e9s. Elle a f\u00e9licit\u00e9 les partenaires locaux pour leur engagement et les r\u00e9sultats obtenus : \u00ab Je suis tr\u00e8s impressionn\u00e9e par l\u2019impact concret que nous voyons sur le terrain. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l’engagement de nos partenaires, les b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires ont non seulement acquis des comp\u00e9tences, mais ont aussi contribu\u00e9 au d\u00e9veloppement local.
