L’opposition gabonaise a accus\u00e9 ces derniers jours le pr\u00e9sident fran\u00e7ais d'\u00a0\u00bbadouber\u00a0\u00bb le pr\u00e9sident Ali Bongo en effectuant cette visite \u00e0 Libreville en pleine ann\u00e9e \u00e9lectorale au Gabon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le chef de l’\u00c9tat avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 esquiss\u00e9 lundi dans un discours \u00e0 Paris la fin du \u00ab\u00a0pr\u00e9 carr\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb fran\u00e7ais en Afrique de l’ouest et appel\u00e9 \u00e0 de nouveaux partenariats sur le continent, loin des liens opaques et du soutien aux dirigeants en place h\u00e9rit\u00e9s de la p\u00e9riode coloniale et inh\u00e9rents \u00e0 la \u00ab\u00a0Fran\u00e7afrique\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

B\u00e2tir un partenariat \u00e9quilibr\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prenant exemple sur le sommet pour la pr\u00e9servation des for\u00eats tropicales, co-organis\u00e9 par la France et le Gabon mercredi et jeudi \u00e0 Libreville, qui a commenc\u00e9 avec des \u00e9changes entre ministres, soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile et experts sur plusieurs th\u00e9matiques (gestion durable des for\u00eats, biodiversit\u00e9, financements), Emmanuel Macron a r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9 sa volont\u00e9 de \u00ab\u00a0b\u00e2tir un partenariat \u00e9quilibr\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb et de \u00ab\u00a0porter des causes communes\u00a0\u00bb avec les pays du continent. Et ce, que ce soit sur le climat, la biodiversit\u00e9 ou les enjeux \u00e9conomiques et industriels du 21e si\u00e8cle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il a par ailleurs assur\u00e9 que la r\u00e9organisation du dispositif militaire fran\u00e7ais en Afrique esquiss\u00e9e lundi ne constituait \u00ab\u00a0ni un retrait, ni un d\u00e9sengagement\u00a0\u00bb.

\u00ab\u00a0Il ne s’agit en l’esp\u00e8ce ni d’un retrait ni d’un d\u00e9sengagement mais d’adapter un dispositif\u00a0\u00bb, en red\u00e9finissant les \u00ab\u00a0besoins\u00a0\u00bb des pays partenaires et en offrant \u00ab\u00a0plus de coop\u00e9ration et de formation\u00a0\u00bb, a-t-il dit devant la communaut\u00e9 fran\u00e7aise.

Les pr\u00e9sidents fran\u00e7ais et gabonais concluront le sommet par deux discours en fin de journ\u00e9e.
